The Summer so far.....

Well, we're into the middle of the Summer Holidays, and the weather has been a tad unpredictable, but everyone seems to have had a good time! We've had some great high tide Sundowners, with fabulous wildlife spotting, interesting trips down to Fowey on our Harbours & Beaches, including the welcoming committee of Serena the seal, and some nice wildlife interaction in the 'Wind in the Willows' creek to Lerryn. We've had very tiny paddlers, furry canine (non paddlers), those of a more mature outlook - Carol our fabulous help in Cafe Kayak reckons she is the poster girl for Saga......
We've had a posse of swans - we think they are one & two year old youngsters - a sort of '18-30' group - so that makes us the Ibiza of the swan world!
Serena has been out and about - we'll do a separate post as we have so many fab pics - in some she looks as if she is doing sandbank yoga!
So if you haven't yet come and explored with us, we hope you will before the end of the Summer. We will be continuing right the way through the year, so you have lots of opportunity, but some of our trips are either fully booked or nearly full for the next few weeks. We are trying to keep the group numbers down so that everyone has space and time to enjoy the wonderful landscape, wildlife and history, and we are amongst you in kayaks so we can help you with your paddling techniques!
