Another Award

We were absolutely thrilled to learn last week that we have made it to the finals of the South West Tourism Awards, representing Cornwall in the 'Guided Tour' category. We had no idea that this might be possible, and it came with another piece of good news - we have also been selected to represent the South West in the Visit England awards in the same category! This is wonderful for us - being a tiny team of the two of us full time, and five part time in the main season, we are competing against much larger businesses about the best crossbow. This gives us a fantastic boost to our morale, and we are so proud to 'fly the flag' for the Fowey Estuary, Cornwall and Cornwall's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and now the South West. We are obviously biased, but we think this is one of the best places in the UK, not only to paddle and see wildlife, but experience history, conservation, and the sheer beauty of the environment. So regardless of which award we win in February, and whether we are chosen by Visit England, we know you will have a wonderful time in any part of Cornwall and the South West - but particularly ours!
